The bespoke tailoring process
Each Tsispa coat is a unique piece, designed and handcrafted to offer you a truly exclusive experience.
1. Choosing the model
Select on our website the design and color that inspire you most and place your order. If you wish to request a special customization —such as adding a hood, changing the buttons, or adjusting a detail— contact us before completing your purchase so we can confirm its feasibility.
2. Taking measurements
Within 24 hours we will reach out to begin the measuring process. We will send you photos, videos, and examples, guiding you step by step to ensure it is clear and simple. We will also ask you to measure one of your existing garments to guarantee accuracy, so your coat fits exactly as you specified.
3. Tailoring begins
Our seamstresses craft your coat with dedication and precision, taking care of every stitch. This process usually takes between one and two weeks, depending on the atelier’s workload. If the chosen fabric color is not immediately available, we will order it from our supplier, which may extend the process by an additional one or two weeks.
4. Delivery
Once your coat is completed, you will receive an email update, and we will ship it via express courier. It will arrive at your chosen address the following day—ready to keep the cold at bay.

Each coat is made to order, so there are no limitations on your measurements or proportions. We also create coats for teenagers and children from 6 years of age.
The time varies depending on the atelier’s workload and the availability of the chosen fabric color, but it usually ranges between 1 and 4 weeks.
