Fit Policy
At Tsispa, each coat is tailored exclusively for every clientTo ensure the finest result, we will contact you after your order is placed to guide you through the measuring process. You will receive support materials (photos, videos, and examples) to make the process clear and effortless, guaranteeing that your coat is crafted exactly to your specifications.
Should any further adjustments be required after delivery (for example, taking in the waist or shortening sleeves), these can be carried out in our atelier at an additional cost. If the adjustment is necessary due to an error attributable to Tsispa, it will be corrected at no cost to you.
In accordance with current legislation, and pursuant to Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, regarding goods made to the consumer’s specifications, bespoke products are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Heating system warranty
The integrated heating system in our coats is covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects or malfunction. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, machine washing, tumble drying, or any handling of the electrical system not expressly indicated by Tsispa.
